At the Maglev
From downtown Shanhai to the airport is one hour drive.
The Maglev is the new concept in high speed transportation. It elevated the train for about 2 inches and was activated by electromagnetic force. At the speed of 431 Km / hour it took us 7 minutes to reach the airport with plenty of time to relax afterwards.
I understand it costs 60 million USD/Km for the construction. We paid a 13 USD ride which was well worthy. It is an experience of a lifetime !
At present is the only Transrapid of its kind in the world.
I am happy I shared this experience with Andrew Lu

Congrats to Steven and Aileen!
Hello from Andrew!!!!
Hello Family! I too am glad my brother has created this blog for us; great way to keep in touch! Anyway, I had a great time with my family recently as my father, mother came to New York for Mother's Day. They were visiting with a friend of the family, Dr. Adriano Guarnieri. Also we spent the day with Karla's parents who were visiting from Peru. All-in-all it was a great time! So during their visit me, Dr. Guarnieri and my father went to go see Iron Man at the movie theater. This is a little taste of the time we had! Take care everyone! Please keep adding to this blog! Love you all!!!!
